Sales Representative
Kisik Commercial Furniture is continuing to grow and we are looking for talented Indigenous sales professionals to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Promote sales and maximizing market share by contributing to the development of a professional sales force.
- Learn all relevant product details and procedures related to sales role.
- Market all lines of products carried by Kisik Commercial Furniture
- Develop and maintain organizationally beneficial client relationships.
- Implement telephone marketing strategies to increase market share via suspecting, prospecting, networking, references, referrals, etc.
- Ensure integrity in all dealings with clients, behave with a problem solving attitude, and offer solutions as benefits using a consultative approach.
- Complete all documentation required to present, order, ship, and install product in a timely and accurate manner according to client needs.
- Liaise with the Warehouse Supervisor, the Project Manager, the Service Supervisor to coordinate the efficient and accurate installation of products and services sold.
- Maintain office cleanliness in a reasonable state.
- Maintain records in a reasonably orderly manner ensuring accuracy and privacy of client information.
- Attain proficiency in the operation of the technology and equipment provided and remain current with changes as they occur.
- Keep all customers current on new product and service offerings from our suppliers as they are presented to you.
- Promote our service and installation department and provide assistance to clients in these areas if requested.
- Follow up with customers on all installations, deal with deficiencies in a timely and accurate manner.
- Attend supplier meetings and sales meetings as scheduled.
- Prepare to work extended hours, some weekend work as needed.
